The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling personal injury cases, demonstrating expertise in both litigation and negotiation. The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to representing victims of medical malpractice.
Requirements: Valid license to practice law in Texas. Proven experience handling personal injury cases, demonstrating a successful track record of favorable outcomes. Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and evidence. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing a caseload efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactiveness, resourcefulness and strong work ethic. Medical malpractice experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough case evaluations, analyze medical records, and gather evidence to evaluate strong medical malpractice claims. Work with medical experts. Develop and implement effective legal strategies for negotiation, settlement, and trial. Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediation, and settlement conferences. Provide exceptional client service, offering compassionate support and guidance throughout the legal process.
