Alliance Law Group, PS. is seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney.
We are looking for individuals seeking a collegial and supportive work environment, work-life balance, mentorship, professional growth, and a competitive compensation package. We are a general practice firm with personal injury and estate planning, guardianship and probate practice areas in addition to family law. Our name has changed over the years but our firm traces it's history back over 60 years in Pierce County. We currently have two full-time family law attorneys with more work than two attorneys can handle.
This recruitment will consider candidates with litigation experience or recent law school graduates.
Motivated attorneys with demonstrated family law litigation experience seeking to increase personal compensation as a percentage of revenue are the ideal candidates. Lateral transfers of experienced attorneys with partnership aspirations are encouraged. Compensation will be based on experience and production.
Candidates with less experience will be considered and must have a strong work ethic, a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work and excellent client service. Licensed to practice law in Washington State is required as well as most of the following qualifications:
- Understanding of client customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional client care.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A solid work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude, the ability to prioritize and work under pressure, and the capability to build good relationships with firm attorneys and clients.
