Responsibilities Independently work with a senior attorney on team to manage caseload.Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.Regularly handle and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.Conduct legal research, handle discovery and analyze medical and employment records.Frequently handle court appearances, depositions and meetings.Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
