The ATL Representative will drive revenue specific to auto title products. Duties include but are not limited to building the ATL business to meet and exceed company goals and objectives; works directly with Store and Regional Management team to drive overall growth and debt improvements; title loan training and development lead; conduct store assessments while putting in place any necessary improvement plans; random review of accounts to ensure underwriting as well as collection expectations are being met. The ATL (In-Store) will assist store operations when not performing auto loan transactions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for all policy and procedure in department related to ATL product
Responsible to deliver ATL revenue targets
Training on ATL product line
Management of the collections process on defaulted accounts
Day to day management of area ATL product:
Ensure that all ATL support systems, enhancements, and processes are effective and efficient
Training, Development, and field leadership and store team mates
Responsible, with Manager of Auto Title Loan Products for recommending goals and objectives for ATP product and achieving desired results.
Will conduct competitive shops and become the field expert on ATL product lines for our competitors
Will provide recommendations on how and if company should modify our ATL product to be more competitive and build company ATL business

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years experience as a Auto Title Loan Representative
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong problem solving, time management, and decision making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of and responsibility for financial services, to include the ability to read and understand P& L statements.
Experience in revenue-generating capability.
Ability to meet La Familia's driving expectations and proof of valid driver's license and insurance.
Stable Work History.
Able to Work a Flexible Schedule, including Weekends.
Expert knowledge of retail, pawn, or payday loan business operations.
Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment.
Must have a passion for customer service.
Must pass Criminal Background check.
Must be able to work standing for a minimum of 8 hours.
Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
