Automation Analyst 1 (Temporary Full-Time) Canaan, CT & Virtual About the Position: The Automation Analyst 1 position will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency across various departments. The Automation Analyst 1 will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop processes and implement tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Schedule: The position requires a commitment of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Availability during standard business hours is preferred, although flexibility will be considered.

Your Role: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business processes that can be automated. Develop, test, and implement automation scripts and tools using various technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, Zapier, webhooks, and API connections. Create and maintain integrations between applications and services using webhooks and API connections to facilitate seamless data exchange and automation. Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts and processes to ensure they are running efficiently and accurately. Create dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and support decision-making processes. Utilize tools like Power Automate and Zapier to create workflows and automate repetitive tasks across different software applications. Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools. Document processes, automation solutions, and system modifications. Stay up-to-date with emerging automation trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate solutions. Qualifications: Programming (SQL and Object-Oriented Language) experience required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions (1-3 years preferred) Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBA. Compensation: The base rate of pay for this position is $30 - $40 at an hourly rate. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
