Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer / Control.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rockwell Controls, Cognex/Keyence Vision Systems, SCARA robots, and troubleshooting machine/PLC programs, along with experience in validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for Pharma/Medical Device machines and knowledge of 21CFR Part 11 and NFPA-79.
Key Responsibilities: Expertise in Rockwell Controls to design, implement, and troubleshoot automation systems for optimal performance. Experience with Cognex/Keyence Vision Systems for automation and quality control applications. Experience in programming, configuring, and troubleshooting SCARA robots for assembly and automation tasks. Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols for Pharma/Medical Device machines, ensuring industry compliance. Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) to define technical and operational automation system needs. Ensure compliance with 21CFR Part 11 for electronic records, signatures, and data integrity in regulated environments. Apply NFPA-79 standards to ensure electrical safety and compliance within automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve machine and PLC program issues to maintain smooth operations and system reliability.
