Automotive Service Support

Job Description:

Are you passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Support professional. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.

Main Duties:

Loaner Reservation Management:
Handle the reservation process for loaner vehicles.Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs of loaner vehicles.
Loaner Damage Claims:
Process and manage damage claims related to loaner vehicles.Facilitate timely and accurate payment transactions for any damages incurred.
Loaner Vehicle Administration:
Register and remove loaner vehicles from the system as needed.Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle availability.
Vehicle Preparation:
Ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned and in optimal condition for customer use.Collaborate with the service team to schedule maintenance and upkeep of loaner vehicles.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.Previous experience in automotive service support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
