About the Role The Company is seeking an AVP of Financial and Analytical Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial operations, including oversight of day-to-day activities, revenue cycle reports, and analysis related to the physician enterprise. This role involves close collaboration with the leadership team across various functional areas such as clinical department administration, finance, revenue cycle, information services, compliance, operations, managed care, marketing, and legal. The AVP will be a key partner in identifying financial improvement opportunities, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the professional billing cycle.

Applicants for the AVP of Financial and Analytical Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree, in a relevant field. A minimum of 10 years' experience in revenue cycle management and optimization, patient financial, patient access, reimbursement, and related areas is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading organizations through transformation and process improvement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships, particularly with physicians. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role also involves training staff, managing physician reporting, and working with various stakeholders to ensure the financial health of the organization.
