Ay24-25 Adjunct Faculty - Continuing Education

DescriptionGovernors State University's [School of Extended Learning](https://www.govst.edu/SXL/) is seeking dynamic and engaging adjuncts to instruct professional development workshops, continuing education course(s), and/ or customized training sessions. Our goal is to make sure that our participants walk away with valuable information that they can apply in the workplace.The following is a partial list of subject areas that we are seeking adjuncts:Customer ServiceNew Media MarketingHuman Resource ManagementBusiness CommunicationsNonprofit ManagementAccountingOrganizational ManagementHealthcare AdministrationBusiness LawOSHALeadershipGovernment AdministrationDigital Marketing/ManagementSchool Administration LeadershipGrant WritingAdjuncts are not a part of the faculty bargaining unit and are not included in membership of the Faculty Senate.
Required and Preferred Qualifications*Minimum Qualifications*
Minimum of 3 years experience instructing in the subject area• Instructors must have experience designing, developing, and implementing training materials• Ability to deliver training material using a variety of learning techniques• Have a strong command of presentation software(s) and technology
