Summary of Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Barista Supervisor to join our team. The Barista Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of baristas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of the coffee shop.

Team Supervisor:
Supervise and guide barista staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing team members. Schedule and coordinate shifts to optimize efficiency and coverage. Customer Service: Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers, providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly. Stay informed about coffee trends, products, and brewing techniques to enhance the customer experience. Handle customer feedback and implement improvements as needed. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including equipment upkeep. Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards for coffee preparation, presentation, and overall quality. Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective measures as necessary. Collaboration: Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality coffee beans and related products. Work with vendors and management to maintain monthly and annual budgets. Budgets and Reports: Tracking expenditures: Expense reports help track and document business-related expenses. Monitoring spending: Expense reports help monitor and manage a company's spending. Analyzing spending: Expense reports can help identify cost-saving opportunities analyzing spending patterns. Qualifications Knowledge/Experience Proven experience as a barista with at least [1-2 years] in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Basic understanding of inventory management and ordering processes. Provide weekly data reports on Inventory, team, feedback etc. Ability to provide data analytics and budget reports to manager.
