Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in both nightclub and fine dining environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests by providing high-quality service and expertly crafted beverages. Your ability to engage with customers and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry, cash handling, and payment processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for all sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and cocktail presentation.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.

Pay: $9.69 - $10.50 per hour
