Bartender

Our client in the Restaurant & Hospitality industry is currently looking for experienced servers for their F&B operation at the Hilton Garden Inn Condado. If you are passionate about service and want to be part of this amazing team we want to meet you! We are currently looking for all FOH positions.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety guidelines is preferred
