Responsibilities for mixologist
Apart from bar operation work on SOP's, cleaning and all bar related work will be taken care by Mixologist and supervise.
work on innovative cocktail, specials and recipes
Represents our brand and prepare signature cocktails.
Tries new methods, equipment's required, new products and generates ideas for creativity
Prepare and work on inventory.
Keep bar records and files well updated
