-Responsable del trabajo de preparación de cocteles de la casa y coctelería clásica.
-Preparación de infusiones para coctelería
-Presentación de cocteles.
-Responsable de la limpieza profunda del área de trabajo.
-Debe monitorear el inventario en todo momento e informar los artículos que necesitan ser reordenados.
-Responsable de recibir y acomodar ordenes de entrega.
-Responsable de mantener buena presentación y uniforme limpio.
-Ser carismatico y vendedor.
