Our client, a makeup brand based in El Segundo, is looking for a Product Development Admin to join their team for a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities: Benchmarks/Shade Lineups – select and show benchmarks and shade lineups to management, marketing and cross-functional partners live to ensure there are no color discrepancies that cannot be seen digitallyConduct formula and component assessments and send feedback to overseas vendorsSeason, Collab and Product Brainstorms – meet with teams to share/try products liveColor Matching for every project – multiple iterations during PD process require samples stored in office for comparison then to be shared with management and marketing for approval (shade approval, MPLs, PPAS, etc.)Sample Distribution/Presentation + Feedback Collection – Presents projects in person to Brand President and SVP of MarketingManage shipment receiving to and from vendorsPosition may include working with various business partners and internal clients to drive packaging artwork development, conducting artwork status meetings, budget tracking and other artwork management responsibilities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably ChemistryPrior experience with beauty product development is highly desirableStrong MS Office Suite skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
