ROLE OVERVIEW
The TMS Technician works in a high energy and fast-paced medical office setting, the candidate must possess a friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Essential duties include coordination & scheduling of all TMS services, answering prospective patient inquiries, initial patient consultations, ensuring timely completion and submission of all required documentation, serving as liaison and representative.
PAY
$18.00-$19.00hr
LOCATION : The office is located at 1670 Fishinger Rd Suite 200, Upper Arlington, OH 43221
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer multiple phone lines and respond to email inquiries from prospective TMS patients
• Book, schedule, and perform reminder calls for TMS patient appointments
• Document TMS patient treatment history, vital signs, and allergies/contraindications as needed
• Other tasks as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year of experience in a medical office environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and follow through skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
