Job Summary: As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing direct care to behavioral health patients. Working under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for patient care, safety, and addressing environmental concerns. This role requires flexibility and a compassionate approach to working with mental health and substance abuse populations. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Minimum 6 months of healthcare-related experience in roles such as CNA, medical assistant, home health aide, or behavioral health technician. Must be at least 21 years old. Clean background check. Preferred Qualifications: Passion for helping substance abuse and mental health populations. Flexibility for night shifts. Nursing education or experience.
