Bilingual Alarm Receiving Central Operator

Description:
The Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) Representative will be responsible for receiving emergency alerts and managing immediate responses through established protocols.
Requirements:
Technical Degree in Medical Emergencies/Paramedic or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Health Services, or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Service Representative (preferably in an Emergency Center).
Experience in handling computerized systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and teamwork.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts (including weekends).
