Bilingual Call Center Representative

Responsible to answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience.
Qualifications:
High School diploma • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a call center • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills • Customer service-oriented • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) • Temporary contract • Available to work full time • Available to work in Hato Rey
