Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English)

We seek a professional and friendly
Bilingual Receptionist
to join our dynamic team at Astrawatt Solar. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in person and via phone in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team and management.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in both
English and Spanish
(written and spoken).
Minimum of
1 year of experience
in a receptionist or administrative role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
This is a
full-time
position, and the candidate must be able to work
on-site.
