Our mission is to provide children and youth in Arizona a safe environment, free from abuse and neglect by creating strong and successful families.Our residential programs are ready to hire Bilingual Youth Care Workers to join the team in our Emergency Shelters.We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals that are committed to building a culture of kindness for the children receiving services.In this role you will spend most of your time in direct supervision of the youth in our agency's care, providing a safe and secure environment where their emotional well-being can flourish. You will assist in the youth's daily routines including food service, housekeeping duties, recreational and play times, and appropriate rest and relaxation. You will oversee safe transitions between different activities and have the opportunity to foster an environment that facilitates learning and behavioral management in a supportive manner. Under the direction of a Shift Supervisor, you will also assist with the admissions and discharges of the children.
