Billing Specialist

Our Client, a Prestigious Law Firm is seeking a Billing Specialist.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely.
Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy.
Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Bilingual Spanish and English
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $34,000.00 per year
