The role requires a strong network and reputation within the Boston community, mission alignment with the organization's educational and equity goals, and expertise in areas such as entrepreneurship, scaling, and fundraising. Specific responsibilities include prioritizing the organization, serving as a mentor to students, and adhering to governance policies. Board members will also be expected to attend regular meetings and commit to a three-year term with the possibility of renewal.
