About the Role The Company is seeking a Board Member with a focus on renewable truck stops to join their organization. This pivotal role involves guiding the company's strategic direction, ensuring long-term success, and upholding high standards of corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have a background in truck stops, renewable energy, transportation, or related industries, and must be a visionary leader with a passion for sustainability. Responsibilities include providing strategic oversight, participating in the development of long-term plans, and monitoring financial performance. The Board Member will also be involved in risk management, evaluating executive team performance, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Candidates for the Board Member position at the company should have a BS/BA in business, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of executive experience, particularly in senior leadership roles within the truck stop operations or site acquisition sector, is required. Experience in a Board of Directors capacity is also preferred. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance, financial oversight, and strategic planning, and a proven track record of contributing to organizational growth.
