DUTIES
Manage all aspects of financial recordkeeping using double-entry bookkeeping methods
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and records
Perform account analysis and reconciliations
Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software for data entry and financial tasks
Execute journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
Apply technical accounting knowledge to support financial operations
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
SKILLS
Solid understanding of accounting principles including double-entry bookkeeping
Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
Ability to perform account analysis efficiently
Knowledge of technical accounting concepts
Strong skills in journal entries and financial reporting
Familiarity with various financial concepts
Account analysis expertise to ensure accuracy and compliance
Proficient in governmental accounting practices (optional)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
