Job Description: JSR Services is looking for a Bookkeeper that will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of records and supporting clients with their financial reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

Record and categorize financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments and deposits.
Maintain and update general ledger accounts and prepare regular financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
Assist with tax preparation and monthly/annual financial close processes.
Collaborate with auditors and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Support in budget preparation and financial analysis for clients.
Respond to client inquiries and provide accounting support as needed.
Requisitos:
Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance (minimum of 2 years).
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial information to clients.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (preferred).
