ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.
Serve as Branch Manager for the Special Projects and Dyna Electric division with a dotted line of responsibility to our Service and Controls divisions.
Business development via the Right Customer that matches our VTO.
Review of all contracts with ability to sell favorable terms.
Incorporate a proactive safety culture.
Assisting with pre-planning of project start-ups through project completion.
Must be able to plan ahead with an emphasis on establishing relationships by mentoring employees.
Support organization mission, specifically, support improved management reporting, information flow & management, business process & organizational planning.
Improve operational systems, processes, and policies.
Assist in providing a work environment that engenders positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among employees.
Play a significant role in employee development, including an initiative geared towards operation excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree is required.
5+ years' experience in the Mechanical/Electrical field is required.
Union background is a plus.
Previous Senior Project Management/Operations and Sales experience.
Ability to travel throughout the state of Ohio to other branch locations is required.
Strong knowledge of estimating is required.
Strong knowledge of financials and P&L is required.
Ability to review bids and layout jobs is required.
Demonstrating strong decision-making skills is required.
Ability to read and understand construction documents is required.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and Mechanical plans is required.
Ability to understand proper processes for submitting & acquiring documents is required.
Strong math skills are required.
Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
Knowledge of associated codes is required.
Strong time management and detail orientation skills are required.
Demonstrate leadership and vision in management staff groups is required.
Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get job done is required.
