The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management and execution of brand strategies for our clients, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communicating brand identity across various channels. This role works closely with the Brand Manager and other internal teams to coordinate advertising campaigns and marketing activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with thebrand manager to plan and executeg brand strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including print materials, digital platforms, and events.
2. Project Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the progress of advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all activities are completed within established deadlines and budgets.
3. Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
4. Internal and External Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as design, content, and sales to ensure brand consistency in execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the production of marketing materials.
5. Event Management Support:
- Assist in the organization and coordination of promotional events and product launches.
- Ensure that events reflect the brand's image and values.
6. Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Review and process invoices related to brand projects.
7. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs and expectations are met effectively and promptly.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in advertising agencies or marketing departments.
Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Advanced grammatical skills for proofreading and editing advertising texts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate-level Excel.
- Experience in using Meta for scheduling and content planning.
- Budget management and efficient resource administration.
