We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Brand Manager
to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity. As a key member of a startup, the
Brand Manager
will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans that resonate with our client's target audience.
Brand Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform brand positioning
Collaborate with product development teams to create and launch new products that align with our brand vision and meet consumer needs
Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content creation and PR
Oversee brand communications to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, website, social media and retail environments
Monitor brand performance metrics, including sales, market share and customer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives
Work with external agencies and vendors to develop creative assets, media plans and promotional materials
Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers and retail partners
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in brand management and marketing
Brand Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the CPG food industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy to diverse audiences
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO and online advertising
Experience working in a startup or small company environment is a plus
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
