Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.
Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities including framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Load and unload materials from trucks and prepare them for use on-site.
Support the team in meeting project deadlines by completing assigned tasks promptly.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Experience
Previous experience in construction or a related field is required.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration on-site.

Pay: $10.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Weekends as needed
