Bsa Analyst

JSR Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring our organization's compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
Conduct thorough reviews of transactions for potential suspicious activities.
Prepare and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with BSA regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and implement effective BSA/AML programs.
Monitor and stay informed about changes in BSA regulations and industry best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of anti-money laundering training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance.
In-depth knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and anti-money laundering principles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual (English-spanish)
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation, preferred.
Experience working in banking or financial services.
