Buckeye Roadhouse now Hiring Servers and Bartenders Located just off Highway 101 in Mill Valley, Buckeye Roadhouse seeks talented Full Time and Part Time Servers and Bartenders with lots of personality to join the family.
Server Looking for more than just order takers. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, genuine, and want to learn and love service! Enthusiasm for the industry a MUST. Must be available to work a flexible schedule of evening shifts, including weekends.
Duties include:
Walk guests through the menu to answer any questions and assist with any necessary accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions. Check back with guests about each dish and beverage and when beverages need to be refreshed. Have proficiency in POS Systems to ring in orders, course, fire, print, and settle guest checks. Maintain consistent and proactive communication with the manager regarding guest experience to resolve any dissatisfactory elements. Communicate effectively and respectfully with all service team members, both front and back of the house. Always maintain a positive and team-oriented demeanor. Bartender Buckeye Roadhouse has a bustling full-service bar. The ideal candidates have at least two or three years of experience. We seek applicants who are proficient at preparing classic and contemporary hand-crafted cocktails for customers and service bar. The ideal candidate has a professional yet friendly demeanor and brings a vast knowledge of food, wine, and liquor. Must be available to work a flexible schedule of evening shifts, including weekends. High volume & fine dining experience a plus.
