Bethany - has been committed to its mission of serving seniors since its founding over 125 years ago. We have been at the forefront in the development of new services and provide a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Buildings and Grounds Technician::
Maintain Bethany buildings and grounds in top condition to ensure full and productive use of all Bethany facilities. Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting . Help organize maintenance and repairs performed on buildings. Responsible for maintaining and improving buildings and grounds to meet Bethany standards. Responsible for building quality control. Inspects facilities and work areas to eliminate deficiencies and improve Bethany facilities. Requisition building maintenance supplies, material and equipment; monitor inventory; load and unload supplies, materials and equipment. Appropriately operate all equipment and machinery as necessary. Load and deliver tables and chairs to special events. Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in all maintenance and repair projects. The schedule is full-time, with on-call responsibility and every other weekend.
