We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Account Executive
to join our team. This role will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities all over Puerto Rico, while managing client relationships and driving business growth. The Business Account Executive will play a key role in developing and executing structured plans to acquire new customers and retain existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities in Puerto Rico.
Manage the relationship between the company and clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Coordinate required resources to meet customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Support marketing campaigns and special events.
Develop and execute structured retention plans for current clients.
Create and execute structured plans to acquire new clients.
Set, achieve, and exceed sales quotas and projections.
Stay motivated in meeting objectives for client retention and new customer acquisition.
Demonstrate the ability to sell the company's technology products and services.
Train, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals for SME and Enterprise clients.
Make phone calls and in-person visits to both existing clients and prospects.
Define and identify client needs through product knowledge and market positioning.
Collaborate with the Sales Engineer and Project Manager to develop customized client solutions.
Identify, forecast, and achieve sales objectives by delivering technology solutions to accounts in Puerto Rico.
Maintain accounts with dedication, persistence, effective resource utilization, and unbeatable customer service.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to track customer growth and attrition.
Project future sales, focusing on achieving organizational growth and meeting objectives.
Develop sales through direct contact (cold calling) and other tools.
Visit clients and prospects at their locations to maintain business relationships and explore solutions to meet their needs.
Participate in in-person, virtual, or phone meetings with clients to assess and address their needs.
Maintain a comprehensive record of client visits, renewals, and new service offerings.
Perform other tasks as needed or required.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored technology solutions.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools and strategies.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Proficiency in preparing and delivering proposals to SME and Enterprise clients.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and report on customer activities and sales performance.
Experience in direct sales methods such as cold calling.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
