Weare looking for a dynamic, high-performing Business Account Executive. You willbe responsible for managing a client base and proactively reaching out toensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing newbusiness. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outboundprospecting in a competitive market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform inside and outside prospecting activities to identify qualified accounts for new Business Development.
Develop a creative plan to generate leads through prospecting multiple sources, cold calling, in-person visits, and telephone and email campaigns.
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, networking groups, professional organizations and the community in order to develop new business.
Research and approach potential business customers.
Develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the needs of individual businesses.
Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
Consistently close new business subject to a monthly quota.
Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of all services offered and awareness of the competition, i.e. market share, pricing, services offered, etc.
Completing all required Sales reports including pipeline activity and/or prospects for bids and proposals
Education and Experience
Previous experience as a Sales Professional in a fast paced quota driven environment
Experience with closing small and medium sized business accounts
Background in telecommunication service sales strongly preferred
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred
