This job exists to help manage Nerdwallet SMB's Credit Card partnerships. This role will own the day-to-day management of Nerdwallet's Credit Card partnerships and become a trusted, consultative resource to our partners. They will be responsible for executing NerdWallet's strategy and propelling partnership growth using both quantitative and qualitative insights to identify and pitch existing partners on opportunities to drive revenue growth for the SMB Credit Cards vertical. They will also prospect and launch new partnerships that fit into NerdWallet's long term goals.
In this role, you will fully own all Credit Card partnerships including internal operations and external partner management. You understand the drivers of the business, and proactively identify opportunities to drive incremental value and grow the business. You will analyze on site performance and lead monthly internal and external business reviews to share opportunities to drive conversion and revenue generation. You will be responsible for Identifying and executing on creative growth opportunities and strategies to drive growth from current partners, and you will serve as the liaison between Nerdwallet's product, QA, content and engineering teams to execute on.
Where you can make an impact:Cultivate and grow NerdWallet's relationships with existing Credit Card partners to meet revenue and performance targets across multiple high-impact partnerships.Identify and pitch existing partners on creative growth opportunities to increase partnership value on both sides, ultimately driving increased revenue.Lead monthly performance reviews with partners and internal NerdWallet leadership to understand and communicate key performance drivers within each funnel, including areas that can help drive improved conversion to unlock incremental revenue across our partnershipsCollaborate with content teams to optimize existing Credit Card placements and propose creative new opportunities for growthServe as the liaison between Nerdwallet's Content team, Quality Assurance, Product team and Credit Card partners to ensure optimal user experience and product positioning of products on the Nerdwallet sitePitch and negotiate new pricing structures with partners to drive incremental revenue for Nerdwallet SMB's credit card businessYour experience:Bachelor's degree4-5+ years of experience in partner management, affiliate marketing or partner marketing role at a similar sized company, or a relevant start-upAdvanced time management and organizational skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for a variety of audiencesAbility to work well under pressureWhere:This role will be based in San Francisco, CA or remote (based in the U.S.).We believe great work can be done anywhere.
