Their integrated platform encompasses early-stage development, process optimization, and scalable manufacturing, ensuring compliance with rigorous regulatory standards. Leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and advanced analytical capabilities, my client supports clients through the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to clinical and commercial supply. Their focus on innovation and quality enables them to deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each project, fostering successful partnerships in the rapidly evolving landscape of biologics.
Job Description The Business Development Manager will:
Generate new business in industrial, academic, and government sectors through direct engagement and project management.Manage sales pipelines and close business opportunities.Align customer needs with the organization's services and products.Share market intelligence with technical support and marketing teams.Conduct customer visits and attend conferences to build relationships and meet sales quotas.Collaborate with technical support and project management for business expansion.Develop a network of references to identify new opportunities.Analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives.Provide timely customer support and coordinate with internal resources.Lead webinars and innovation meetings to engage clients.The Successful Applicant Master's degree or higher in a life sciences field.1-5 years of relevant sales experience with strong technical knowledge.Preferred understanding of the biological, CRO, or CDMO markets.Strong team player with good analytical and time management skills.Effective public speaking and presentation skills.Action-oriented and able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work across different regions and departments.What's on Offer REMOTE role.Employees first mindset.Fast track for internal growth.401(k), medical/dental/health/vision programs, life insurance, and short/long term disability benefits.Competitive PTO package.
