We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented
Business Development Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the human resources or professional services industry, with a proven track record of generating new business and managing long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities in the B2B market.
Manage and expand a client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Identify and prospect potential clients in the HR industry and other relevant sectors.
Negotiate and close commercial deals with corporate clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to adapt proposals and solutions to align with specific client needs.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, using this information to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to represent the company and promote its services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum
3 to 5 years
of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the
human resources
industry, professional services, or consulting.
Proven track record of meeting sales goals and growing a client portfolio.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
