Forecasting Placing 'Purchase Orders', in full trucks loads (whenever applicable) to meet SKU demand Year Round: avoiding out-of-stocks at all costs, while avoiding out-of-code Seasonal: ordering 50% of forecast upfront and filling in remainder to demand Specialty: ordered at request of Brand Manager Adjusting 'Target Days on Hand' by supplier, based on situational analysis Minimize backordered quantities Minimize carrying costs of excess inventory Ensure all items on PO are setup in advance Freight Managing and owning all aspects of freight Arranging 3PL where applicable Utilizing UB hauling where appropriate Ownership and awareness of supplier coordinated freight Arranging inter-company transfers efficiently, as appropriate Inventory Management Assist Brand Managers in the identification of "hot" SKUs to bet on, and "slow" SKUs to cut Move product within SFC houses to proactively meet demand Relationship Management Maintain a posture of commitment and partnership with all supplier stakeholders Maintain strong team focused relationship with Brand Managers Enroll appropriate suppliers in VIP PO management Data Maintenance Daily updates to SKUS with zero inventory (Close Out & Limited -> Discontinued) Thorough and complete daily updating of PO's in VIP as information changes and/or becomes available Special Projects as Needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements BA/BS degree 2 years of supply chain management experience Expertise in freight logistics Ability and willingness to work in a team environment Ability to navigate ambiguity when given outcome driven direction Proactive work ethic Excellent written communications skills Excellent analytical and mathematical aptitude Highly competent in word processing, spreadsheet manipulation (Sheets & Excel) Strong time management and organizational skills Strong level of comfort with all forms of technology
