Job Title: Director of Rehab Job Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Any discipline acceptable Certifications: Must-Have: Job Description: - Oversee and manage the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care.- Lead a team of rehabilitation therapists and support staff.- Develop, implement, and monitor programs for patient rehabilitation.- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.- Develop reports and present outcomes to senior management.- Adjust strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations.- Participate in continuous professional development and training for staff.Please note that bilingual skills and holiday coverage are not required for this position.
