Candidates must be available from 6AM-7PM where you will then be scheduled for an 8-hour shift. This is dependent on the needs of the business and which time zone you are assigned Duties:
Taking primarily outbound calls Reach out to potential students, connect them with the campus in their area Setting on campus appointments Overcoming student objections to drive them to the next step Creating a great first impression Driving the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals Call Center Admissions Support Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is preferred Must have experience with computers and programs Ability to multi-task between phone and data entry Ability to be high energy throughout the call Schedule Requirements:
Must have open availability between the hours of 6:00AM - 7:00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times) Must be available 8:00AM - 5:00PM during training Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
