Hours: 8am-6pm/ Monday-Friday
Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (Onsite)
Job Summary:
The Call Center Agent handles inbound and outbound calls, resolves customer inquiries, and provides excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and provide accurate information.
Resolve issues or escalate complex problems as needed.
Log interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed performance metrics like call quality and response times.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior call center or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 per hour
