Call Center Project Manager

Job description: Seeking candidate with at least five years of experience for a Virtual/On-site managing of call/service center.
Job overview:
This person will do the planning, coordination, and performance monitoring of this call/service center.

Job requirements:
· Serves as the Contractor's authority virtually/on-site. Must have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
· Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a business management or related field.
· Must be proficient in project management metrics: Dashboard matrix, Power BI, Dashboard, Workforce Management Tool, Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) tool, telephony software, lead refinement,
· Must have prior recruiting experience.
· In charge of recruiting briefings.
· In charge of assisting, and answering inquiries.
· This staff member will be expected to professionally brief senior management.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Experience:
Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
Call center management: 5 years (Preferred)
