Requirements:
1 year experience in Call Center
Experience on In-bound and Out-bound calls (handle back-to-back 40 to 70 calls)
Multi-tasking
Fully Bilingual
Full availability including weekends
Basic – intermediate computer skills (emails, Microsoft apps, web navigation etc.)
Data entry experience (recommended)
Overtime will be required based on business needs
Pass training and 5 assessments with score above 90%
Full time / adherence to schedule provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
