Call Center Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (with evening, weekend, and holiday availability)
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional phone-based customer service in a fast-paced call center, ensuring client satisfaction and upholding the company's values. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, resolve customer issues, and promote relevant products while fostering positive relationships with clients and peers.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally answer and resolve inbound customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records in the company's database.
Proactively enhance product knowledge and recommend relevant products.
Meet or exceed performance standards and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, 1 year total work experience, and a high school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish and English, call center experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently.
