Rotative shifts Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (8 hours rotative shift)
Salary: $14.00/hr

Functions:
* Provide comprehensive support to our members.
* Attending Inbound calls and live chats.
* Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requisitos:
Requirements: * Fully bilingual * Experience in customer service, health office, or administrative roles
