Call Center Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of Call Center Unit, managing all day-to-day issues. Ensure a service-oriented and professional working environment by supervising the performance of team members and performing necessary actions for their motivation when required. Supervisor is expected to be a combination of an expert service provider, coach, trainer and motivator.
Requisitos:
• BBA in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position
• Call Center operation experience is required
• Planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Customer service oriented
• Analytical skills
• Reporting and metric skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Temporary contract
