Call Taker

We're hiring Call Takers that will respond to non-emergency calls for the Ride to Care Program . This person schedules transportation requests and can provide clear communicat ion in all situations to ensure quality support and care to our customers .

Responsibilities: Call Takers will proficiently monitor and respond to calls and emails using established call handlin g time leveraging the communication and information management system to deliver excellent customer support to providers, facilities and member representatives . Use appropriate methods to schedule, assign, review and route transportation requests. Clearly d ocument communications following protocols and process es , and properly identify and escalate issues as necessary . Effectively communicate trip data including confirmations, routing time, issues and performance . Call Takers will w ork collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow coworkers . Successful Call Takers will demonstrate organiz ation, multitask ing and time management skills . Minimum Required Qualifications : Some work experience, preferably in a call center or routing calls in customer service
