WHO YOU ARE:
As the Care Team Manager, you will spearhead the operations of our Care Team by setting strategic goals, nurturing team development, ensuring high-quality customer service, and efficiently managing Care Team Specialists to maximize quality and care for our customers and providers.
THE ROLE:
Drive the Care Team Specialists to maximize customer care through effective provider placement, ensuring providers meet expectations and perform adequately.
Develop and communicate both short-term and long-term goals in alignment with the organization's strategy, focusing on quality customer service.
Lead, coach, and develop the Care Team, fostering a high-performing and adaptable team culture.
Provide continuous training and support in quality assurance, direct services, and problem resolution.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, translating insights into actionable plans for continuous improvement.
Respond promptly to communications, maintaining updated procedures and effective conflict resolution.
Regularly conduct team and individual meetings, manage disciplinary procedures, and train new hires.
Drive the creation and implementation of efficient processes.
This position is based out of our office in Newburg, Oregon. You will work alongside dynamic colleagues onsite 5 days a week.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Minimum 2+ years of management experience preferably in home or healthcare.
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and strong communication skills.
Bilingual abilities are advantageous, but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
Deep understanding of customer and family needs.
Efficient and effective in building and improving operational processes.

Pay: $63,210.00 - $73,331.00 per year
