**Who We Need**
**We have full-time and part-time availability, in our Group Homes, Day Programs and In Home Support divisions. All shifts and schedules are available! Starting hourly rate is:**
* **$12.40, non-medical group home**
* **.50 differentials for Day Program & Medical needs Group Homes**
* **Weekend differential of $1.00 may apply.**
* **Earn up to $13.90 / hour!**
*** SOME POSITIONS MAY RECEIVE A $500 / FULL-TIME & $250 / PART-TIME SIGN ON BONUS!**
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
* Requires any combination of training, education, and/or experience equal to a high school diploma or GED.
* A minimum age of 18 years old
* A minimum of three (3) months of care-giving experience, in the field of disabilities (Paid or unpaid), preferred.
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Must have, or have the ability to pass the background checks to obtain, a Level One (1) Fingerprint Clearance Card
* Ability to meet Copa Healths driver eligibility requirements, as applicable. Including current AZ drivers license and a clean 39-month driving record, reliable transportation, current AZ Registration, and insurance
* Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds, stoop and bend comfortably in all positions.
* Must be comfortable assisting in bathing, dressing and overall hygiene of clients.
**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Transferring individuals from wheelchair to changing table, bed, chairs, etc...
* Assisting individuals in and out of vans.
* Coordinate meal planning and food, for group home, as needed.
* Assist in preparation of meal and snacks.
* Support members with achieving independent skills, appropriate for each individual.
* Help members and staff during scheduled activities and outings, as needed.
* Facility cleaning includes but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
* Assist with personal hygiene which may include, changing adult incontinent briefs, showering / bathing, shaving, etc...
* Maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, or crouching on various floor and ground surfaces.
* Assess individual behavior and respond appropriately.
* Advise, consult, and coordinate with applicable program staff in all departments.
* Valid paperwork/documentation completed timely.
* Intermediate computer skills including ability to input all required data.
* Familiar/adheres to all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* All other duties as assigned.
